The Dutch one is very much inevitable to cross at some point which is interesting, yet I didn’t know this as a kid because of how these communities are turned towards themselves. You will notice them however if you got a colleague from there, or start to live in a little too remote suburb of some cities that you didn’t think of initially. Especially in Rotterdam they’re on the city’s doorsteps more than you’d think.

I live in the danish belt. It’s completely wrong imo. The current belt highlights Thy and Vendsyssel meanwhile western Jutland is famously much more Christian than the rest of Denmark. Also i think that Vendsyssel, the part i live in, is better described as conservative than religious. We are very hateful to minorities and anyone who looks different but we’re not all that Christian.
For example, I get harrassed much more often for being progressive and having long hair as a guy than I do for being atheist.
That’s just my take. Maybe i just haven’t noticed all the christians.
