Wir haben viel über die unterschiedlichen Verkehrsregeln in den Niederlanden und in Deutschland gegoogelt, aber eines können wir nicht herausfinden. In den Niederlanden dürfen Sie als Moped eine Straße betreten, die mit dem folgenden Schild gekennzeichnet ist (dies ist jedoch keine sehr bekannte Regel). Ist das auch in Deutschland erlaubt?

The symbol includes motorbikes, „small“ ones, and Mofas/Mopeds. So the sign forbids all of them.

No, but sometimes an additional sign grants an exception for Mopeds
The sign means „all motor vehicles prohibited“, and mopeds are classed as motor vehicles (that is in fact the „mo“ in „moped“). Even certain types of e-bike are prohibited, specifically what Germans call „S-Pedelec“: if it’s motorized, and legally requires insurance plates, it’s forbidden from driving here unless a supplementary plate grants an exception.

This sign means that motor vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, are not allowed to enter. A 45 km/h moped is generally considered a motor vehicle, so you are normally not allowed to ride it past this sign unless an additional sign provides an exception.
The sign always shows the strongest vehicle. Everything below it is also banned with it. So a motorbike means a moped is also banned, but a moped means a motorbike is allowed.
