Hell yeah. Good on her! I’m noticing more confidence and willingness to self-express in younger generations, which is imo so great to see. This is what we need to start positive change, especially in the work place. We’re already seeing less pressure to attend nomikai (who the fuck thinks it’s a good idea to get plastered on a school night and then come back to teach the next day?) and dress-codes have become more lax. Gives me hope that maybe Japan will be on-board with the 4-day work week…50 years from now.

How does this work? Does she actually have to grab the person by the collar and forcefully drag the perpetrator out? As a woman, I can’t imagine having the strength being able to drag someone alone. But you know, good for her!
