Totally normal and cyclical, nothing to see here lol. Heat domes, weekly heat waves, apocalyptic haze blocking out the sun, totally fine. Def not related to any human caused climate change…..

I used to live in the UP of Michigan. Never once have I seen or smelled wildfire smoke in Marquette. Only out west have I encountered it. Where are these fire burning?

It’s pretty bad on the western outskirts of Minneapolis right now, can’t imagine how much worse it’s got to be in like the UP, upstate NY, etc.

500 AQI here right now. Smells like a bonfire is next door.
I remember a lot of summers at the Jersey Shore from the 80s-00s. I don’t remember wildfire smoke with any of them.

Facebook told me wildfires are intentionally started by liberals to push their agenda and this could all be stopped be better logging practices.
More like climate change is causing the world to burn.
Welcome to every year out west.

Man. Even wildfire smoke doesn’t want to visit Pittsburgh.

We were out camping in the Boundary Waters near Ely, MN. We watched the Camp Fire go from 10 acres to 1500 acres in less than three hours. The area set a record high of 98F degrees that day, and the 25 mph winds whipped that fire into an inferno.
