Gas tanker, ie LNG? If it’s loaded and they penetrate the tanks they’ll be picking up the pieces on the streets of Moscow.

Does anyone know if this is an effective move by Ukraine? I don’t know how many of these tankers are moving regularly, but it feels like a lot. I get that less fuel for them means less vehicles and all that. I just wish I could understand the overarching strategy to it. Are they trying to piss off all the people back in Russia lining up for hours to get fuel? Are they trying to deny fuel supplies to troops?
I suppose they have to put these drones to use either way, might as well hit something.
