Im August planen mein Partner und ich, die Route zu wandern "Durch Stølsheimen von Voss zum Sognefjord (Ortnevik)." An UT.Nrdie gesamte Route ist klassifiziert als Schwarzaber wenn ich die einzelnen Etappen überprüfe, sind sie alle markiert Rot.
Wird die Route allein aufgrund ihrer Länge als schwarz eingestuft oder gibt es einen anderen Grund? Hat hier jemand diese Route gewandert und kann seine Erfahrungen teilen?

Disclaimer: I have not done this hike nor am I familiar in this area, but have hiked lots of demanding trails in Norway.
Trails being black or as we say in Norwegian «svært krevende» is common when they are 5 days or more, 10km or more each day and as this one is, almost a 1000 meters of elevation each day (~4700 in total).
I wouldn’t be too worried that you would have to deal with super difficult terrain, especially if you’ve checked each stretch individually.
It doesn’t seem like UT is translated to English , but you could run the description of both the whole trip and each trip separately through AI to translate it and see if anything stands out.
The UT article for the whole trip does state:
*Stier svinger seg ned gjennom bjørkelier og opp bratte fjellformasjoner*
Which translates to:
*Trails swing through beech woods and up steep mountain formations*
Where that last part about mountain formations may be of concern.
I would study the entirety of the trip on a good map and see which sections pass through significant elevation.
But in conclusion: my take is that it’s black because it’s seriously long and you need to be in very good physical shape to pull this one off.
Hi! This one is already answered, biggest reason for the rating is the lenght of the hike in total but also there are not many places to cancel the hike in case you get hurt, sick or exhausted. Rescue will also take a while to get there as there are not many good roads to the cabins.
But the area is beautiful! Hilltops that go on forever and some of the best nature the west coast has to offer, but I’m biased here.
Make sure you bring everything you need, plan for emergencies, and enjoy it!
