„Russia and Saudi Arabia remained relatively stable.“ Looking at your chart, I’m pretty sure you have a different definition of stability .
To allow your readers to analyze the chart accurately, make sure your gridlines are proportional to the variations you illustrate.
your chart could also benefit from adding few data labels to help the reader understand where to look, and at what values.
