restoration doesn’t mean that they will make it shiny like new, there are different schools of thought about it, with ancient ruins like this most of the time the goal is preserving, improving the structural integrity without recreating the missing parts. i have no idea if its finished or not but don’t expect a reconstruction because it not how this is done.
