The first time they rescued him, he was on the way down the mountain. But they didn’t rescue him all the way down. They rescued him part way down.
And then, when he was trying to get all the way down, they had to rescue him again to get him fully down because he got too tired to continue.
This title makes it seem like he went to the mountain twice in a short period of time and had to be rescued both times.

If you’ve done it, you’ll know it’s not a „climb“ at all. It’s long and steep, but it’s just a highly regulated uphill walk.
There is zero technical climbing involved. It’s a beginner high altitude day walk with thousands of people. This dude is a wimp.
