For the longest time, Didney kept it’s movies on an 7-8 year release schedule. Every 7-8 years Cinderrella or Jungle Book would play in theaters. Home video hit, then they made sub-par sequels to them. Now it’s live action remakes. Ugh. Talk about obvious corporate culure being ignorant of it’s customers tastes, & just churning out the same old thing.

Our local news movie guy said “it was the same movie almost shot for shot. Who wanted this?”. Told me all I needed to know.

Remaking CGI films with a hybrid live action/CGI film doesn’t make sense. Plus I imagine some of the appeal is kids wanting to see their old favorites reimagined. This movie is only 10 year olds and recently just had a theatrical sequel.

      No thanks.
