    1. Tusk got old and lost his political smarts, lost presidency now trying to outrun nazis in being nazi…

      Very disappointing.

It is good to commemorate the victims, but not in the context of this weird Kremlin induced anti Ukrainian sentiment.

Ukraine started this circus and will continue until they grow up.
Honestly I am all for vetoing their EU membership in future unless they admit their historical faults.
If we are to be members of one community we need to clean the air and being pathethic shithead pretending to blameless crosses goverment out of being able to be in such society.
Like they lacked heroes now and needed UPA lol

    5. I wonder how people who claimed that Nawrocki’s reaction was some kind of far right psyop feel now.

I got downvoted when I said that polish attitude towards Volhynia i cross partisan and regardless if right wind or left wing people feel the same about it.

Well, it’s a symbol analogous to the various walls erected to commemorate the victims of the Jewish population. Considering that there are approximately 40,000 victims, this wall won’t be small at all.

Well, that’s an interesting move. Interesting.

    7. poland’s entire personality is this lmao.

are they going to build a memorial for the hundreds of thousands of jews killed by polish collaborators too?

Comments never disappoint, I feel like this was exactly about remembering the victims and that no one should deny that they were killed in cold blood.
As a Ukrainian I feel for their death, I sure don’t support glorification of acts of violence against civilians, no matter how you turn it UPA committed crimes against those people and it is not to be denied.
Start of XX centry was generally dark time for a lot of nations, there were a lot of pain especially in central and eastern Europe, and I hope we will find a way to turn that page together. I hope those innocent souls are in a better place now.

One point of EU is to bridge differences and try to work out past slights. Ukraine has to sort out it’s identity and face the past together with it’s neighbours at some point, otherwise it’ll spiral out bad.

    11. Pytanie gdzie chcą to budować.
