Did he come up with that all by himself?
I think Lindsey Graham bitch-slapped Trump hard enough to make him realize that Russia has been supplying and rearming Iran via the Caspian Sea and is providing Iran with satellite guidance, imagery and intelligence.
If Graham finally understands, then we have truly arrived at a turning point? He and his friend Dozy Donnie has been denying the fact that Ukraine will win this war if we support then with more sanctions and more weapons?

Lindsay Graham is a spineless toady who stands for nothing and holds no principles beyond his own career
But while this makes him awful as a representative (and as a human being), the flip side of that is that he’s a political wind-sock; whichever way he is flapping that day shows you his read on where the political winds are blowing, and how he can most advantageously position himself in relation to that.
As he is an insider, it’s good to see that he thinks he will be advantaged by picking the side of Ukraine.
