ONCES definitely understand!!! We got so many albums from them last year, it was insane, of course they’re going to need a break. Though it’ll be sad to think this will be a year without a TWICE album 🥲😭 I hope the girls rest up well after the tour is over! And I hope this means that contract renewals are going well, and isn’t bad news on that front…

If there’s one group that deserves a break, it’s TWICE. They’ve been working hard for over a decade, and they have more than earned a vacation.

even though it’s just a break „for a little bit“ i am happy they’ll have some time to rest, travel, see their loved ones, and hopefully work on their own stuff in the meantime! onces are imo the single most spoiled fandom out there and as much as i love twice for it i can definitely accept that the rest of this year is just for them 💗 they’re only getting better and better, so whatever it takes to keep this artistic momentum in the best health, i’m all for it! twice forever!!!
No one deserves this break more than Twice!! They put their hearts and souls in this tour and worked hard for 11 years straight!!

I’d bet money we’ll see another solo album before the end of the year. Nayeon can’t sit still, she’s going to want to do something. Sana’s Fridge is coming back. Jeongyeon had a lot of fun doing Inspector so I can see her continuing that. Maybe another acting gig or two. Chaeyoung may go back to Japan to work on her second album. This is the problem with a group with several workaholics, they don’t know how to slow down. 😄
But yeah, I suspect we’re all pretty satisfied with the idea that there won’t be a TWICE album this year. It’s already been a year since This Is For and Enemy but I know for me personally, I haven’t thought even once „I’m ready for a new TWICE album“. I’m good!

No group release, sure. But Sana is still doing her show and I can’t imagine they’d skip the fan meeting in October or that some members (Looking at you Nayeon/Chaeyoung) won’t be working on things. I don’t think it’s gonna be a break like people are thinking. They aren’t gonna disappear for 6 months.
I will both miss them and hope it’s a good length of time for them to get a real rest

I don’t even go here but seeing this made me really really happy. There are very few groups who have experienced the amount of work Twice have done for this many years straight, zero breaks, and always maintaining a level of relevance that kept them fully booked, I can’t think of a girl group or boy group who’s done it this consistently for this long (feel free to mention some if I’m forgetting), some individual idols for sure but for a whole group the commitment is truly remarkable

finally!!! it’s like 5 months right? i think the longest break they’ve had it’s like less of a month in 11 years right? so happy for them and hope they can use the time to rest, they deserve it

a well-deserved break and i’m glad they’re getting one. i hope they’re all able to relax and spend time their families, and just enjoy themselves.
i am expecting them all to work on personal projects in the meantime bc they all seem to genuinely love working, and i’m sure there’s lots of things they want to do still.
