Before people get too excited, power semiconductors are primarily use for converting DC-to-AC electric flow.

In the semiconductor market europe does well with power semiconductors and sensors, but the problem is that they are the lowest margin of the semiconductors

Now build something with newer tech, heck even 10-16nm would be good. Currently this fab uses 28nm of i’m not mistaken
