      Europe had more people than Africa just recently, times have changed.

      Now Nigeria has more births than whole Europe, and by 2030 Nigeria will have more births than whole China!!

      When I was born, Austria had 2 Mio people more than my Switzerland and now we are basically the same.

      Boy, if either China or India ever fully industrialize and develop thriving consumer economies that support a strong middle class, the world is going to look a whole lot different.

      I am always baffled by the fact that you can take away 1bn of the populaion of Inida and China each, and they would still be the largest countries by population.

      It’s honestly kind of shocking how Nepal’s population is almost 30M. They definitely don’t have the farm land to support that type of population given how much of the country is mountains.

      If they ever piss off China and India they’d literally starve.

      what are the odds that in 100 years brown and black people will be majority of europe?

      considering abysmal birth rates in europe? immigration will continue to happen and the demographic will change completely?

      Grouping Russia would have been an easy choice. 75% population in 25% landmass of Europe. And 25% of population in 75% landmass of Asia. Asian population would have been easily overshadowed by the likes of India and China.

      How accurate is this? I see it counts the migrant population living in the Middle eastern gulf countries as part of the population. Have these numbers been deducted from the stats of their countries of origin?
