      This seems to be a thing with developing countries. They just buy stuff and do fuck all about the looks of the object. I’ve seen similar stuff from I believe it was Jumbo in Netherlands in an african country, or something like that.

      The truck was sold buy a logistics company witch operated for Kesko with their livery and according to the Finnish media, it was sold on Facebook markerplace
