Präsident Wolodymyr Selenskyj sagte vor Gesprächen mit dem kanadischen Premierminister Mark Carney am 7. Juli in Ankara, dass Kanada der Ukraine ein umfangreiches Luftverteidigungshilfepaket bereitgestellt habe und dass bald weitere Lieferungen erwartet würden.

Canada should be opening up multiple drone and air defense manufacturing plants. We should be learning from our Ukrainian friends and be supplying all of NATO with battle tested tech for today’s battlefield. We have the resources, the space, as well as 2 new defensive contracts with Japan and South Korea. Let’s get it goin.
