In 2025, there were serious impacts from the long range strikes on oil refineries. This is an order of magnitude greater damage this year. It’s only the beginning of July. What is going on? Crazy.
It has literally become easier to list refineries that haven’t been hit.

Russia’s air defense budget clearly going elsewhere. Tatarstan is a long way from Ukraine.
Question, does Ukraine have any long range drones that can be launched from commercial shipping containers? If they do, would it possible to launch drones from cargo ships in the Bering Sea/Pacfic Ocean/Sea of Okhotsk in the Far East to hit targets on the Eastern Side of Russia?
