      Emissions can’t go up if you don’t count them 🙄

    2. This isn’t the good news the headline would make you think it might be. Ireland isn’t making its targeted reduction and without that we’re heading for punitive fines from the EU. A 2.2% reduction when you need 20% would rightly be considered a disaster.
