Trump already paid this, the money is held in abeyance until all the legal wrangling is over.

    2. „Trump,“ „pathetic,“ 2 words that go together…

      > Trump’s tutor — the man who taught him all about [Machiavellian politics](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Machiavellianism_(politics)) — was [Roy Cohn](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roy_Cohn). (The movie „[The Apprentice](https://www.showbizjunkies.com/movies/the-apprentice-trailer-roy-cohns-ruthless-rules-that-shaped-trumps-rise-revealed/)“ accurately sums up Cohn’s influence on Trump.)

      > Cohn’s teaching to Trump can be summarized down to 3 rules:

      > 1. Attack, Attack, Attack – Truth? Irrelevant. Civility? Weakness. The goal is dominance, not discourse.

      > 2. Admit Nothing, Deny Everything – Even when caught red-handed, the strategy is gaslight, deflect, and double down.

      > 3. No Matter What, Claim Victory – Facts don’t matter if you can flood the zone with fiction. He walks off the field calling it a win—even when the scoreboard says otherwise.

From the desk of a stable genius: I get free lawyers because my supporters pay all my legal fees. so, why not keep appealing?

    4. I don’t get why she can’t get the money quickly now. It’s already been paid by Trump, it has to be paid to the court before an appeal can even be filed. The court holds it pending the appeal, now that the appeal has been denied, the court should be releasing it to E. Jean. What’s the holdup?

Would you say that it is more or less pathetic than his last attempt, or his next attempt?

    6. This is rich guy 102. If you can’t spend them into the ground during pre-trial and trial, and you lose, go for an appeal. Keep filing motions, appeals, etc. and hope they run out of money. The goal of the appeal is not primarily to reverse the ruling (though that is hoped for), it is to push back the payout as long as possible. This is done out of spite, rich guys are stunned and pissed when they lose to a regular working stuff.

    7. A pillar of the American Experiment is the rule of law. So important it is a key to the Pledge of Allegiance….“With Liberty and Justice for All.“ And here we are.

She’s gonna get paid! Even if she has to wait til he dies, his estate will pay it out. These games he’s playing is just pathetic. Just like Rudy Giuliani, those women are gonna get paid too

He lives a 100% punitive life – and a miserable one, to be sure. He lives to punish anyone and everyone he perceives as wronging him – whether they have or not. He’ll spend multiples of the $5M judgment in legal costs to NOT pay her. He’s a win-at-all-costs guy who’s bad at math.
