Doesn’t matter. Texans will still vote him into office because they’re generally stupid.

    2. And there won’t be any consequences because voter fraud only counts if it’s a Democratic voter.

More proof that the GOP will nominate and vote for the absolutely worst people while Dems need to have a spotless record. Al Franken was forced out over a dumb picture

Of course he did. If they are pounding their chests about something it is because they are guilty…every time. Rules for thee and not for me is their motto.

    5. > registered to vote at his Collin County home—where he has not lived since his divorce two years ago,

Besides the point, but y’all are voting too much if he’s voted six times in two years.

    6. Will he pull himself out of the race? Because you know Republicans are such pearl Clutchers lately.

Then maybe Ken Paxton should be imprisoned for not more than 5 years per count…

    8. Republicans are sure that there is election fraud and voter fraud because they’re the ones doing it.

MAGA will make him a senator and then question why they can’t vote after they pass the SAVE act.

Gonna be wild when wins TX though.

    12. 100% of all voter fraud is commited by cheating lying pedophile Republicans. Let them know how you feel about them today, don’t delay!

    13. He could commit voter fraud a hundred times, have sex with prostitutes dozens of times, pay them for silence, and then lie to our faces denying it all, and the fine voters of Texas would still vote for the guy. We’re waaaay past any discernable rationality or respect for the rule of law here. Waaay past it. This is a war to the death between secular, pluralistic democracy, the rule of law, civil liberties and the public interest vs kleptocratic authoritarianism and special interests (economic, religious, and political special interests).

Traitors deserve death. Just a random comment about Benedict Arnold, nothing to see here!

    15. That brings the Heritage Foundation’s count to (checks source) 16 cases of in-person voter fraud or else 393 cases of mail-in voter fraud over the last 40 years and more than 1.3 billion ballots cast. Outcome determinative? It’s 6 drops of water in a 65,000+ gal pool. But rules are rules and this man certainly must’ve known them since he was AG of a state that aggressively prosecutes such cases.

    16. Conservatives always think they’re above the law. The law is for the lessers.
