Could be the case there are a lots of uber eats or other food delivery workers who were using WC when picking up delivery and leaving a mess thus the price, seems reasonable scenario

public toilets (funded and maintained by towns and cities, not restuarnts/shops) should be available in city/towns for free and big delivery corporations should take care of their workers (rent small office with a toilet, shower and a place to rest)
do not force private small business to take care of big corporation workers.
Zakładam, że dla klentów darmo ale pewnie tylu ludzi przychodzi się wysrać, że zaczeli nakładać cło. I tak po taniosci bo 10ziko za komplet, mogli nakładać 10 od grudy kału. A jak leci płynnie to od listka papieru.
