      Between 2008 and 2026, Finland’s US defence procurement totals 42.3 billion US dollars, with the F-35 fighter programme accounting for around 10 billion euros. Only Germany, Poland and Turkey have purchased more US defence equipment than Finland.

      Wow. Those are much larger countries

      Meanwhile Russia making missiles out of scrap metal and mostly foreign parts, surely they will be attacking Nato from all sides.

      I wonder how Finnish procurement will shift in the next 10 years, unfortunately before Ukraine war, US manufacturers were only ones who were serious about making and selling kit, and Israel…

      Now there should be far more competitive market.
