I am in dallas where this happened. They promoted it with „Mr. Row row“ the self proclaimed inventor or the chant.
I am not sure how true it is if he invented it or not but I saw videos of him leading chants on a plane, at the fort worth stockyard rodeo and at this roof top bar.
