I hate how that title is just click bait. The woman was collapsed in the middle of the road, at almost 1am. It could have been any car driving around there that hit her, since its completely dark at night. Instead of someone taking 30 seconds out of their time to help her out of the middle of the road, they just walk away and call the police to do it. A tragedy that could have been completely avoided.
