Sounds like a third gen deep house summer track, which is appropriate. That’s ma shit, taking it back to the great halcyon days of 2015-2019. It’s vibey without a lot of vocal theatrics but it’s still nice listening. And I admire their commitment to sun protection on this fake set by wearing broad brimmed hats for at least half the MV. DAM they look good though.

MV itself is fun – the slight hints that they’re in a contained environment leaves me wanting more. Since this IS Dreamcatcher Company, I know they could pull having an extra layer in the story somewhere.

I’m also actually fairly relieved that I love the song as much as I do. I’m a big Dreamcatcher fan and I was sad that UAU’s first release wasnt my favorite. I really wanted to like it more than I did. Thankfully, I’m a big fan of this!

I’m so happy that they’ve established a sound so quickly even despite it being so different from Dreamcatcher’s sound. I think the EDM wave is the perfect one for them to ride as they’ve always had perfect vocals for that type of music (see here: Together, We Are Young, Whistle)
