The Hankyoreh article reported 227,000 subscribers, which I think is different from 227,000 distinct participants.

Regardless, it’s absolutely terrible. 

Yet people like Lee Jun-seok and his ilk will unfortunately continue to bury their heads in the sand, denying that systemic discrimination against women exists and dismissing it as “unfounded victim mentality.”
