      These data are not beautfil, because Sankeys suck and they are overdone for job searching.

      Nevertheless, I am sorry. This job search looks rough. You’re clearly qualified because you’ve had 35(!) interviews. Crazy that some of them have gone so many rounds.

      Op you really oughta look into your resume. Looking at the data, your rate of getting a 2nd + interview seems pretty good, so you’re doing well enough in interviews to actually be considered. But you’re not getting that 1st chance nearly enough. Something has to be wrong.

      I’ve been applying for jobs online for ~3 years now. Thousands of applications, 0 interview.

      6 interviews is beyond ludicrous.

      1-3 should be the norm and 3 is pushing it in most cases….
