Near as I can tell the „cottage“ he’s living in at Sandringham, mentioned in the article, has at least three chimneys and two floors. The streetview imagery isn’t clear.
Either way for a „royal exile“ he’s living pretty good on one of the most famous country estates of all time.
You can tell Andrew hit the other guy first because of the passive voice in the article „a punch was thrown“. It sure was.
