      I think they are not the best choir I’ve ever heard, but singing outdoors is hard because no sound bounces back. So you have to stand really close together to properly hear each other. That sucks in this weather.

      There was a Men Gay Choirs conference in Brussel today. I saw men from South Wales and from Spain.

      They’re participating in the Various Voices festival. Brussels is hosting this year. There are pop-up concerts all over the city, and in Bozar, la Madeleine, Cirque Royale and a big one at the ING Arena tonight.

      It’s a group of guys singing in public what’s there to think about? The quality of their singing skills? I could share a picture of a random dude playing the guitar on the corner of a street and ask the same question. So what?

      I think they were going for a LGBTQ flag with the shirts. They failed, but I do think that was the goal.

      Anyway, good for them.

      Then why do you have to make it a „gay“ choir. Are gay voices different from other voices that you can’t mix them??

      I don’t like people doing everyday stuff that have always seems to want to mention how they fuck at night.

      hy couldn’t it be a gay Brussels choir? Doesn’t brussels have enough gay people? I’d bet Sint Joost ten Node is twice as gay as the whole of amsterdam; but we have to import gay choirs from abroad? This is an outrage.

      Also – ugh coldplay :/ would love for them to do some pink floyd for example.

      Dutch people often speak English with a thick Dutch accent. I can’t hear that at all with them so they’re doing a good job.
