I’m not sure what exactly coconut sprout is, but regular coconuts are available in pretty much every grocery store.

I doubt you will find any. Or in very very niche place with big markup, because well we don’t grow coconuts. It’s fairly recent thing to buy young coconuts for drinking.
Perhaps African goods stores in Zirmunai could offer something?
