      TIL that there are roughly ten of these funnel clouds in Ireland per year.

      Looks to be a baby. The mother is probably nearby, so be careful. They usually only leave their young for a few minutes, to gather houses and debris for their nest

      You should send the info to Met Eireann. They might ask if they can use the image on their socials. Happened to me with a Saharan dusting a few years back.
