Any article for or against a model of airport ownership that doesnt spend the vast majority of the writing on comparing real world examples is wasted paper/bits.
The effort should be in understanding the actual capital and operating differences in practice. Everything else is just slop.

but it kinda shows why we have trouble with change as a nation if our knee jerk reaction is to scream in terror and not rationally compare ourselves to other nations besides the US
