I’m surprised Larry David still mentions the Super Bowl commercial he appeared in. Yes, it was just a paycheck and he is an actor, not a spokesman, but that commercial was for FTX, the fraudulent crypto exchange. I don’t condemn him for the sins of SBF, but if I were in his place, I would claim that it was actually Bernie Sanders who starred in the commercial.

When people say „I’m embarrassed to be an American“ that drives me nuts. I’m never embarrassed to be an American, just because some Americans somewhere are doing something stupid and ignorant. We don’t have a monopoly on that here in America. You might as well say you’re embarrassed to be human, or embarrassed to be an Earthling, whenever anyone anywhere on the planet does something stupid. And with 8.5B people, someone somewhere is always doing something that you could be embarrassed over. Just stop. You have no control or responsibility over them or what they do.
