For foreigner employees (permanent position): it’s 250K yen a month, with no yearly increase. This is about 1450 yen / hour

For japanese high school graduates (permanent position): it’s 317K yen a month, with yearly increase. Seems to be a „chief“ position. So probably you’re gonna be instructing others (like foreigners and parttimers)

For japanese university school graduates (permanent position): it’s 355K yen a month, with yearly increase. 

Parttimers (don’t think foreigners are eligible, just Japanese): it says 1200 yen / hour 以上 for Osaka region

The higher Japanese monthly wage looks fine on paper but I bet they’re not the ones they massively hire to boil some noodles, and probably are managerial

So yeah, no shit they’re all in on the foreigners. They’re cheap to employ and don’t give them yearly increases. Parttime hourly wage is trash as usual so CEO acting surprised no Japanese is applying to boil noodles for 1200 yen is peak humor

It’s like that all over the world, nobody wants to be a seasonal worker, but there are people who need the job, then there are those who don’t want it, don’t apply, and complain.

Correct. Those netouyo would rather be unemployed and terminally online than actually get a job.

I’ll stick to being served by foreign workers, thank you very much. They have better work ethic and customer service.
