Don’t these things travel in pairs? He is probably sad he can’t find his buddy.

    2. Aren’t they venomous? I guess you’ll find out shortly if you actually got bit or not.

    3. Kill it. Kill every single one of those 🤬

If I found one in my helmet I’d destroy the helmet with fire.

Have I told you yet how much I hate centipedes?

I used to be terrified of general harmless bugs then I had a close encounter with one of these things and now all other bugs don’t even come close to the fear I have for centipedes. Just watching this video has set off my PTSD.

Chinese red-headed centipede.

They are native to Seoul. Painful, not usually dangerous

    7. Wow! I did not know Korea had big centipedes! I found out last year Japan has a bunch of them in the country side. These things are so nasty and gross. I grew up in Hawaii where these things are abundant. They like hot tropical climates. I didn’t think they could handle a cold Korean winter.

A friend of mine also got bitten on the head by a centipede crawling around their bike helmet. Crazy.

Dried out, they’re used in East Asian traditional medicine to relieve joint and nerve pain. They were also used to induce abortion.
