Dies ist möglicherweise nicht der richtige Sub-Reddit, aber;

Join an union, ask them.
„According to the Annual Leave Act, annual leave is granted annually, which means that leave cannot be completely omitted and cannot be granted entirely in cash. The Annual Leave Act was enacted so that employees can have longer leave each year to use for rest and recreation, and it also protects employees.“

This is exactly why you join a union and ask them for guidance
Those terms in on themselves are not illegal or anything. But depending on your wage it might be bit off still.
It should be somewhere shown that what is your normal wage and what is the wage when holiday pay is added to each payslip.
And what comes to Sunday pay and overtime pay if you have actually gotten extra freetime compared to normal hours after working overtime or weekends then it is completely fine deal that it is not payed out but it has to be so that depending on overtime and weekend pay you actually get more hours off than you worked on the weekend and those extra free hours are still paid at 1x wage.
I might not be the best at explaining but hopefully you get some idea and others can explain it better.
What do you mean by ‚accounted for‘? Are they trying to say your normal hourly rate includes all those other things or that when you work on a Sunday the hourly rate increases automatically? If it’s the former, it sounds like nonsense to me. You would basically have to share a payslip for anyone to have any understanding of what’s going on, and that I would not recommend.
Join immediately an union, so that you can ask for their legal advice. Strongly recommend joining an union that has expertise in your collective agreement. If you don’t know which one then click here: [https://www.liitot.fi/en/](https://www.liitot.fi/en/)
You can also get help from SAK’s free employment counselling [https://tyoelamanpelisaannot.fi/en/where-to-get-help/](https://tyoelamanpelisaannot.fi/en/where-to-get-help/) SAK is the central organisation of trade unions in Finland.
If you for some reasons don’t want to join trade union, you can use legal aid service: [https://www.oikeuspalveluvirasto.fi/en/legal-aid/](https://www.oikeuspalveluvirasto.fi/en/legal-aid/) It can take a while to book an appointment, especially now when the summer holiday is coming. Note that the service is not free – the fee depends on your income.
And as I’ve told many foreigners in Finland: Join an union! Join an union! Join an union!
Just to clarify: you have not received additional paid holiday days on top of regular legal minimum to compensate *lomaraha* (holiday bonus), overtimes or sunday work? Correct?
