It’s not that confusing. The woman in the picture is Margo Catsimatidis. Her daughter is Andrea Catsimatidis. Andrea is a well known NYC socialite and chairman of the Manhattan Republican Party. Trump is clearly attracted to her. He might have done something with her and now wants to brag about it. Either way, this is thinly veiled misogyny as he always judges women by their looks first and foremost. Andrea is known for her somewhat risque looks and posts at times.
Trump sparks concern from supporters wondering how they can spin this as perfectly normal.
