Fotos von heute. Dieses Exemplar fuhr mehr als 15 Minuten lang 60-70 bei 80 und 75-80 bei 100 und bildete somit eine Autoschlange. Ich neige dazu zu glauben, dass sie entweder zu feige sind, um über 80 zu kommen, oder dass sie einfach nur eine Nervensäge sind, wenn es ums Kichern geht.

If those are really your ideas for why, maybe working on empathy might be a good midsummer activity. Why on earth would someone do that for fun?
Most likely, it’s an inexperienced driver, or a driver with reduced reaction speed / senses – still good enough to drive near speed limit but feel challenged going at the limit.
You lost maybe 2 minutes of your spa visit, chill out.
It could be someone who isn’t familiar with the area. It’s not illegal to drive slower than what is recommended. Overtake and move on.

Anyone who gets annoyed by others driving shouldn’t be driving you lack patience to drive a 3tonne car. Go past them but do it legally you didn’t.
Probably has something to do with how they are smart, sensible and they understand better the speeds that driving a car involves. Good example for reckless fools who think a speed LIMIT means you have to drive at least up to the limit.

If you had to do 113km/h to (illegally) overtake them, then they were going faster than the 75-80 you stated so in addition to having committed a crime you are also a liar.

Speed limit is the maximum allowed speed not mandatory minimum speed to drive at.
If you could please still post your license plate, and the Finnish police will be very happy to be in contact about your infractions! It it is also nice when citizens are so cooperative to deliver the evidence themselves!
