it means exactly that
Laplace projected differential transform method
it’s not normal, but it happens, it’s just strange that a place with such a high score would expose themselves in this way
Lets please discuss this more* We are actually very polite.
No, the owner is cursing your mother. I’m sorry.
i mean, it’s not the standard. I think you both are over reacting. I doubt that a 4.9/5 star ice cream shop, served you an ice cream so bad to deserve a 1 star. Either you are wrong or 1k+ ppl have a fucked up tongue. He is clearly over reacting, because it’s not the norm to insult people like that. In his defense, review in the current market are very important and can do serious damage to the reputation of a shop/service
For me is inacceptable and Im sorry for it
Completely unacceptable
this is inexcusably rude and not normal in any way
it’s not normal and unprofessional, but it’s also very unlikely that a highly reviewed italian gelateria would make stuff that „tastes like pure sugar“
Looks pdgood to me?
nulla esclude però che l’autore intendesse dire Lurido Pezzo Di Troia Merdosa.
d’altra parte se tutti voti sono così alti, sì potrebbe pensare ad una ripicca a cui si è risposto male.
io cmq argomento sempre.
I hate that there’s some people defending this behavior just because they have many good reviews.
Let’s not normalize this stuff.
No it’s not “normal”, but petty and idiots exists.
Is it okay displaying her full name on Reddit, by the way? I can understand public on Google review, but Reddit can make a big deal out of nothing easily.
It’s french
I never saw it
Lpdtm
It’s definitely not part of the culture, now a bunch of Chinese people are brigading the Google maps page and the owner doesn’t have the wisdom to stop responding..
You also look shitty tbh, starting a review bombing like this isn’t the best look imho
That’s probably been written by the nicest person from Verona
You’re both wrong. He/she for that very rude reply (which should be never allowed in first place), and you for a review that looks like a spiteful attack. You don’t explain what flavor(s) you picked, who served you (m/f) and anything useful in general.
Imagine that you had a shop and someone dropped a 1 ⭐ review like „Such an awful place“. Out of nowhere and without any explanation.
By no means I am saying that you can’t leave a totally negative review, but please explain the reason behind it.
Overreaction from the owner.
On a side note, i would like to invite everyone who leaves reviews online to think that 1-star means EVERYTHING was UTTERLY S***. From the service, to the people, to the location, to everything. If „only“ the product was to sweet for your liking, a 2 or 3 star would have been more correct.
People often think that the spectrum is 1 or 5. 5 means excellent on every aspect, 1 means terrible in every aspect. People should use 2-3-4 more often. Especially considering how reviews influence the reputation and economy of a shop / commercial activity
Petty and rude owner that shouldn’t have wrote that.
Aside that, I don’t think a 4.9 stars gelateria rated by 1000+ people deserve 1 star.
Like, I’d rate 1 star if something really really bad happened.
Tralasciando l’insulto che non giustifico
Una stella? Sta tizia o è americana o stupida e non dovrebbe scrivere recensioni
Obviously not normal and they think they’re smart by using an acronym thinking the foreigner that wrote the review won’t figure it out. Scumbags
How could it be normal? Do we look like savages? It’s obviously not the norm.
a place with such high score and so many reviews i doubt has a bad product. I’m pretty confident you’ve been a dick and even left a 1 star.
I would consider it normal if you asked for more sugar on your ice cream
Like yeah, the answer is very unprofessional, but it seems strange that a gelato in a place with the mean of 4.9 stars on more than 1k review tastes like pure sugar
„Le possano domotizzare tante mansarde“
Sbagliate tutti
Essendo Verona, quindi Veneto, è
*La putana de to mare*
Based
one star is such a mean review.
Ma cosa vuol dire? Ho googlato nella mia ignoranza e l’unico risultato… È questa conversazione!
I know the place. The woman who served me was super friendly when I’ve been there and seemed the owner to me. A pity they can’t control themselves behind a screen, or maybe it was the son/husband or some other person that manages the page idk
Not gonna sit here and say he was right to reply like that, but… one look at your Maps reviews and how generous you are with the stars and yeah, it tracks. You seem to really enjoy trashing people who work for a living. Do yourself a favor and find a healthier way to vent your frustrations.
Owner of my local italian restaurant comments in great detail on every negative review… „The pizza was cold because you sat in the corner with your laptop for 2 hours“ „your kid was loud and unruly and did this and that…“ etc. takes some serious sleuthing on his end to identify and recall every commenter. wild waste of time and effort, but at least i know not to leave a review lest he spit in my food
Ma forse voleva dire La Pregherei Di Tornare Martedì
Normalissimo, ma dove vivi
I’m italian and i don’t know what it means.
No, replying to reviews is absolutely unhinged behaviour.
