We knew he was stupid……
He accidentally said the quiet part out loud, freaked the hell out of the reporter that was interviewing him, and caused him to jokingly backtrack and then comfort the reporter by saying he is glad she had that look on her face. That’s what happened.
But they already threw out the Constitution…
Did he have a misspoke?
