I don’t think this is correct for Finland. It’s close, but there are slighly more today than before the war.
This is assuming that you only count Finnish citizens, and not the refugees that arrived from Germany in the late 1930s.

The impressive thing is that those are absolute numbers, not including the general population increase, as a percentage of the population Jews are pretty much extinct in most of Europe, Africa and Asia compared to pre-1940s percentages

I expect the countries in the green to go red over the course of the next few years due to the large amount of antisemitic attacks around Europe targeting people for looking Jewish and Jewish-owned businesses, not even anything to do with Israel.

France: before WWII mainly refugees from Eastern Europe, along with a large Jewish population from North Africa that arrived following the decolonisation of Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia…etc..

Estonia is an interesting case.
Nazi, with an active help of the local population, cleared the country from any jewish presence. Estonia is the first country that proudly called themselves *Judenfrei* (free of jews). There were no more pre-war jewish at that point, they all gone. Then after the war a lot of jews arrived together with Ukrainians, Russian and other people of the USSR to Estonia to reconstruct the country. Unfortunately all these people are labeled by the current „leadership“ as „occupiers“ and are considered „non-citizens“. i.e. all jewish in Estonia are at semi-legal state and expected essentially leave the country in some way or another.

Can we have it in numbers and also in percentage of population?

Increase in France is simply because there was a mass immigration of North African Sephardic Jews, from France’s former colonies in North Africa, after they gained independence especially from Algeria, where Jews had been granted French citizenship as per the Crémieux Decree in 1870. Plus, pre-ww2 France had a compartively smaller jewish pop as compared to other countries, as French jewish pop was mainly concentrated in specific regions like Ashkenazis in Alsace-Lorraine and Paris and some port cities like Bordeaux, Bayonne which had Sephardic Jews . This was because for over 500 years Jews had been banned from entering France, and only in the 18th century restrictions were loosened.

In Greece, in Thessaloniki alone, more than 80,000 Jews lived.
Now there are fewer than 3,000. In the entire country.
