Also habe ich gestern eine Online-Bestellung bei Greens aufgegeben und in der Bestellung hatte ich ein paar Flaschen Vitasnella-Wasser (ich habe darauf geachtet, dass die Gesamtzahl der Flaschen in Sixpacks berechnet wird). Die Gesamtkosten wurden anhand des Flaschenpreises berechnet, am Ende erhielt ich jedoch Sixpacks mit einem 4+2-Angebot. Theoretisch müsste es einen Rabatt geben, oder?

Since you selected individual bottles instead of the six‑pack option, that’s most likely the reason. A six‑pack is easier for the courier to carry than six loose bottles, and discounts only apply when the multi‑pack is chosen.

Do you realize that’s imported directly from Italian wholesalers, right? Those offers are valid for Italy, same like promotions, point collections, reward programs etc. they just get the product from abroad as is, they obviously don’t follow what’s written on the package
So what are you gonna do? Tell the retailer „people on Reddit think I should get a discount, so please!“?
Greens online is shocking. 3 attempts with them & all useless. Be gratefull it actually arrived! Welbees & Pama are better.
