I can’t say I’m particularly familiar with how outstanding charges typically play into visa applications with “have committed… a crime” being separate to “convicted of a crime” in the legislation, which seems intentionally vague. But with so many serious outstanding charges from **four** different women, this doesn’t seem particularly unreasonable.

A reasonable call, I think. It was gross in the Paris Olympic Games when the Netherlands sent a volleyball player who had been convicted of raping a 12 year old girl. This guy has five rape charges and one sexual assault charge pending.

At first you think it’s outrageous that someone got held up, but this guy has I think ***Five pending rape charges.***
Like, that’s a lot.

All I needed to hear to keep this AH out of my country:
“Partey, 32, has pleaded not guilty to seven charges of rape and one count of sexual assault relating to allegations by four different women between 2020 and 2022.”
Four separate women don’t randomly choose someone to open up about rape allegations with.
