That is a service where they bring a driver to you who will drive you back home on your car. Common service in other countries where drunk drivers need a sober driver to get you and your car home.

At least so it worked in russia. You handle the driver the keys from your car and he drives you home from a bar
The real reason makes a lot of sense but I did immediately believe it based on the smells I’ve gotten from taxi drivers lol
Yes, all other drivers are required to drink 3 shots of samagon vodka before they even start the car
When you’re fresh out of your nephew’s second wedding, drunk and have a son who’s younger than 10y.o, that’s when you use that service so a guy who wasn’t at that wedding can come and drive you to your home in your own car.
