yes, pay them money so they save missiles this time and have the money to build more, so the next time they combine the saved missiles + additionally produced for these $13b, very smart move to pay terrorists, the US should’ve just paid ISIS I guess?

Trump used the word „settlement“ in his office speech yesterday about the Iran deal. Brings into question what exact context that word was used in.

Aha. So that’s how the US will make payouts to Iran. I guess the taxpayers will foot the bills. Military spent over $50 billion on the war and will need a lot more to replenish the hardware and then the American people will pay even more in settlement.
