      He was Russian because the Russians wanted him to be Russian! Judging by his name, he belonged to an ethnic minority. So the ethnic cleansing continues unabated…

      2008 – born when Russia attacked **Georgia** in August 2008, launching a „five-day invasion and air campaign.“
      2026 – died in „3 day SMO“ in it’s fifth year.

      Obviously no sympathy for the invaders, but the indoctrination of Russian youth is pretty disgusting. They really don’t have a chance until this vile government finally ends.

      That’s messed up.

      I can be pro-Ukraine, believe invaders don’t belong in Ukraine, and also be horrified to see someone die right after reaching adulthood.

      Having said that: Ukrainians as young as he was, and even younger, have been dying throughout this war, and that’s even more messed up. They were just living their lives, harming no one.

      Putin has so much blood on his hands.

      How can we live in a world in 2026 where people die for bullshit that no one really cares about—except for a few privileged individuals? All anyone wants is to live their life in peace, and nothing more. You don’t get to choose which side of a border you’re born on, and in the end, the ordinary citizen gains nothing from a victory in such an attack—yet they die in the process.

      That’s the mad part of it all, sending an 18-year-old who’d barely finished school two months prior, probably didn’t even have a choice in the matter.
