    1. If she really was there for sightseeing this is awful. I went to New Zealand about 10 years ago and I didn’t have any activities booked either.

Very unfortunate for her, especially since she seems to enjoy travelling.. It is also mentioned in this article but immigration questioning at places like Hawaii and New Zealand for single young JP women have become stricter because some people have been caught doing 海外出稼ぎ (illegal sex work). I have been advised to prepare documents rigorously when I visited the US a few year ago too.

    3. She’s part of the ring.

Regardless, this is part of Palantir, and the digital dictatorship.

Everybody was pushing for more laws in the other thread related to streaming, but look at outcome.

      1984 in full effect.

      Let her sell her body.

      Her body, her choice. Remember?

There’s a reason why porn is not an occupation that’s recommended to people who wish to live normal private lives. It can cause problems with getting future employment (and JAV in Japan is not paid that well), getting bank loans, going to other countries with stricter laws (Bonnie Blue?), child custody and the ability to have future sexual or non-sexual relationships.

Better to just not enter that line of work and work in a coffee shop for cash if you ask me.

    5. Unfortunately, deportations have lasting effect on your ability to travel to certain countries. It is definitely unfair for this to happen if she was legitimately travelling as a tourist.

    6. Its definitely because she is Sex worker and NZ seems to be super strict with that one and they probably went overboard about it even if she is an actual tourist and not going there for sex work. Welp.

I think its very hard to prove intent, without any other evidence.

I think immigration just based it off probabilities and risk. Which was how its been done. It’s always at the immigration officers discretion, unfortunately.

Remember that Australian woman married to US military guy last year who was held detained for having too many clothes and denied entry into the US ? Too many clothes! What! I read an interview that she also had cooking pans and this is why they thought she had an intent to overstay.

I know it doesnt make sense to us, especially me because I bring my whole wardrobe when I travel 😅 i wonder if they found something in her suitcase that made them think she was not really there for sightseeing ? Sexy outfit? String bikini ? Lubes? 🤷‍♀️

    8. Due to the declining Japanese economy Japanese are increasingly treated like third world economic migrants especially in popular working holiday destinations like Australia and New Zealand and US

    9. Sorry, but the economy isn’t good right now. This job category is reserved for sheep only.
