Just looking at a map if you draw a range circle from Ukraine to Samara the vast majority of Russia’s actually productive and populated west is clearly well inside Ukraines ability to hit, its well to the east of Moscow too and not that far from the Urals.

If Ukraine shut down all oil related activity in that area as they seem to be well on the way to Russia doesn’t have an economy any more, the whole west of the country will be in supply crisis.
