Lot of people migrated to Montenegro in the last few years. Also, our people loves to import cars, so there’s also that.
Cool place to visit, close enough to drive.
Also tons of Montenegrin and Serbian diaspora people living in Europe who come here for summer holidays and to visit their relatives.
Montenegro is nice, has a lot of diversity on the type of natural beaches (sand, pebbles, rocks), has a great interior for those willing to wander in Nature, has also beautiful old towns with venetian or ottoman influences, and it all plays out in a small country, where you don’t need to move around a lot in order to change the scenery.
1. A lot of people came here to live temporarily or permanently, migrants (expats like them like to call them selves), refugees (war and economy ones), retirees from expensive countries and liberally law interpreting individuals whom bought the ME passport when was still possible.
2. During Summer time there is the tourist craze with all the colors available.
2. A lot of transit happens through Montenegro also, Albanians going to work and back from Europe, transiting tourists and lot of trucks and vans.
3. Local population working abroad tend to have foreign licenses on their vehicles.
